To reply to all questions and notices regarding faults in our new line of products, we prepared the following instructions. They should help you to diagnose and repair the issues you could discover in your replica. If the recommended solutions didn't solve your issues, please contact our customer service for additional assistance.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Disconnect the battery

Pull and hold the trigger

3.

While the trigger is pulled, connect the battery (ignore warning vibrations)

4.

Hold the trigger for 10 seconds until you hear 2 vibrations confirming the reset

5.

Release the trigger

Disconnect the battery

Plug the battery. You will hear 3 low vibrations notifying lack of calibration error

2.

Switch fire selector to AUTO. While on AUTO, pull the trigger twice and wait for a confirming vibration

3.

Then, switch fire selector to SEMI. While on SEMI, pull the trigger once and wait for the confirming vibration.

4.

Next, switch fire selector to SAFE. While on SAFE, wait for the confirming vibration. Now ASTER is fully calibrated and ready to use

Location of the sticker is very important. Pay attention to place it with the black line very close to the left edge and the top red line.

Update the software on your Aster via USB Link and connecting it to GCS. This is the only way of resolving this issue.

USB-Link is an additional element that allows you to connect both GATE ASTER and TITAN with a computer or smartphone. Allowing you to set advanced module options as well as firmware updates.

Download and install GATE Control Station:

Connect the USB-Link to PC or MAC using USB cable

3.

Connect ASTER to the USB-Link

4.

Click "UPDATE NOW" under the GATE ASTER data on the DASHBOARD tab.

Go to TRIGGER tab and click CALIBRATE

2.

Follow instructions on the screen

Click IGNORE on the warning window. The standard trigger allows you to set about 45 levels of sensitivity

4.

Trigger calibration is completed, follow to selector plate calibration.

Go to SELECTOR tab and click CALIBRATE

2.

Follow instructions on the screen, after all, calibration is completed.

Download and install GATE Control Station app:

Connect the USB-Link to your Android device using a dedicated USB cable

3.

Connect ASTER to the USB-Link

4.

The GATE ASTER update will be installed automatically, you will be notified by an appropriate message in the application.

When ASTER firmware was updated, follow instructions to calibrate the trigger and the selector

Open the menu on the top-left corner of the screen, and go to SENSORS tab

2.

Scroll down TRIGGER screen and click CALIBRATE button

3.

Follow instructions on the screen

4.

Click IGNORE on the warning screen. The standard trigger allows you to set about 45 levels of sensitivity

5.

Calibration of the trigger is done, swipe to the left to go to Fire selector settings.

Click the CALIBRATE button on the FIRE SELECTOR screen

2.

Follow instructions on the screen

3.

After all, calibration is done.

If you don't have USB-Link, you can get one for FREE as part of the service action.
Follow the instructions below:

1.

Record a video of a problem with a malfunctioning GATE ASTER. The recording should include a visible process of resetting to factory settings and calibrating the trigger and selector. Make sure that the recording clearly shows the individual serial number of the replica, engraving on the magwell, the serial number must be visible.

2.

Send the video to our main distributor GUNFIRE by email, provide contact information and shipping address.
